Warm, charred peaches pair with creamy, torn burrata over toasted, wheaten bread, all finished with a drizzle of homemade hot honey and fresh basil. 1. Mix the honey and chilli flakes in a small bowl and set aside.
2. Heat a griddle pan over medium-high heat and lightly brush the peach wedges with olive oil.
3. Griddle the peach slices for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly charred and softened.
4. Toast the Ormo Wheaten Bread until golden and crisp.
5. Tear the burrata and spread evenly over the toasted wheaten bread.
6. Arrange the warm griddled peach slices on top of the burrata.
7. Drizzle generously with the hot honey mixture.
8. Scatter over the fresh basil leaves.
9. Finish with a pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
10. Serve immediately while the toast is warm and the peaches are still slightly caramelised.
