
Golden, crackling halloumi drizzled with sticky hot honey, tucked into a soft toasted bap with peppery rocket and creamy pesto mayo. Sweet, salty, spicy and utterly irresistible in every bite.

1. Open Floury baps & cut 2 in half.
2. Slice the halloumi into 2 burger-sized pieces.
3. Mix together the cornflour with 1 tsp of garlic & the paprika.
4. Dip & coat the halloumi in the corn flour mixture.
5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
6. Fry halloumi for 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Brush with Honey and sprinkle on Garlic & chilli flakes granules as it cooks.
7. While halloumi cooks, mix a tbsp of Mayo with a tsp of pesto to make the pesto mayo and lightly toast the burger buns in a pan or grill.
8. To assemble the burger:
o Spread the pesto mayo on the buns.
o Add Rocket and tomato slices.
o Place the crispy hot honey halloumi on top.
o Add the pickles and top with the bun.
9. Serve immediately while the halloumi is warm and crispy.
